Register with the Practice
!! Early Closing !!
The Practice will be closing early at 4pm on the 24th December 2025 and the 31st December 2025. During the hours of 4pm-6:30pm patients can still utilise the normal practice telephone number in which you will be diverted to an out of hours service.
Patients may attend one of the following locations between the hours of 4pm and 6:30pm:

Oadby Urgent Treatment Centre, 18 The Parade, Leicester, LE2 5BJ

Loughborough Urgent Treatment Centre, Loughborough Hospital Way, Loughborough, LE11 5JY
Online Platform
Patients will still be able to utilise the online access form for non-urgent electronic requests via the NHS App or the practice website. These requests will be responded to on the next working day.
In an emergency, patients should call 111 or 999.
Patient access will return to normal on the 29th December and 2nd January.

Face Masks:
Following new ICB, infection prevention guidance the practice has decided to reimplement for all staff and patients to wear face masks or coverings when visiting the Practice. This decision has been made following the increase of respiratory infections. We would appreciate all visitors to the Practice to follow our new rule.

YYGP has been developed to help patients understand what to expect from their general practice and how they can get the best from their GP team.
YYGP also enables patient to provide feedback or raise concerns with their GP Practice, Healthwatch or the Integrated Care Board.

Pharmacy First Clinical Pathways
Your local pharmacy can now treat several medical issues, this will be dependant on your age and eligibility. Please contact your local pharmacy for further information or request our reception team to refer you to a local pharmacy.
