Face Masks:​

​​Following new ICB, infection prevention guidance the practice has decided to reimplement for all staff and patients to wear face masks or coverings when visiting the Practice. This decision has been made following the increase of respiratory infections. We would appreciate all visitors to the Practice to follow our new rule. 

 

Appointment System:​

New Appointment System from 8th September!

Starting 8th September, we are introducing a Total Triage system to make it easier for patients to contact the practice and to ensure GP appointments are offered based on medical priority.

🔹 How It Works:

• Routine Appointments: Fill out a simple online form on our website and your request will be triaged as appropriate. If you do not have access to the internet or are unable to complete the form, you can contact the Practice and we can assist you in completing this.

• Urgent Appointments: If you need urgent care, call us directly, and a GP will assess your request.

🔹 When Can You see or speak to a GP?

• Same Day for urgent needs 

• Within 5 Working Days for less urgent issues  

• Within 10 Working Days  for routine issues

You and Your Practice:

YYGP has been developed to help patients understand what to expect from their general practice and how they can get the best from their GP team.

YYGP also enables patient to provide feedback or raise concerns with their GP Practice, Healthwatch or the Integrated Care Board.
